You have 12 months from the date of issue to spend your card. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be compensated.
1st Class takes 2-3. 2nd Class takes 3-5 business days. Special Delivery orders received prior to 12 noon are dispatched the same day and typically arrive in 1 – 2 business days. We are not responsible for any issue caused by Royal Mail delays or strike action.
Open your preferred delivery order app or web page and search for your nearest PEPE’S
PIRI PIRI store.
Once confirmed, please proceed to add your order to the basket and proceed to CHECKOUT
or PAYMENT.
Please select CREDIT or DEBIT CARD as a payment method, DO NOT select GIFT CARD.
Proceed to add the LONG CARD NUMBER (front of the card), EXPIRY DATE (front of the
card) and 3 DIGIT SECURITY NUMBER/CVV CODE (back of the card above the QR code) and your POSTCODE.
For UBER EATS and DELIVEROO, you will need to select ADD CARD before confirming
payment.
Proceed to PLACE YOUR ORDER, you will then receive a thank you for your order/order
confirmed notification on screen.
1st Class is £3.25, 2nd Class is £2.50 and Special Delivery is £8.50.
Our cards are made of sustainable bamboo. Our packaging is 100% FSC-certified recycled paper and is carbon neutral. Cards can be recycled in paper recycling.
Don’t worry! You can use your card as a part payment in Pepe’s stores. Just tell them the balance on your card and they will be able to process your payment.
